Camshaft - Easy Start - 635 H.O. Gear Drive - Twin Cam '99-'06 (except '06 Dyna)
Highlights
- Allows for easy start by initially reducing crank compression, but once the engine starts and rpm increases, the compression release lobe is centrifugally retracted and the engine runs normally, with full compression, and without any loss in performance
- High lift camshaft for modified engines with 106" or greater displacement and compression ratios between 10.0:1 and 11.0:1
- Best power from 3000 rpm - 6000 rpm
- Includes camshafts, 4-gear set, gearcover gasket, bearings, retaining ring, o-ring, threat lock and instructions
- Made in the USA
- Not bolt-in.
- Not for models with OEM compression releases.
- Works well with stock, un-ported heads, but S&S CNC ported heads are recommended.
- High-lift valve springs, adjustable pushrods, and clearance checks are required.
- Due to the inherent characterics of gear drives, there may be more valve train noise.
